Creative Pros Connect
Platform Use Policy

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Member," "User," "Client," or "Creative Pro") and Creative Pros Connect ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Membership Terms
1.1 Subscription Access: Creative Pros Connect offers a subscription-based platform for wedding professionals and clients to post and apply for job opportunities.
1.2 No Guarantee of Fulfillment: We do not guarantee that any professional will be hired, show up, or complete services to any standard. Users are solely responsible for all hiring decisions, communication, and service outcomes.
1.3 User Responsibility: Clients and Wedding Professionals are fully responsible for job postings, contracts, scheduling, and ensuring services are completed as agreed.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1 All membership fees and payments made to Creative Pros Connect are non-refundable for any reason, including dissatisfaction, cancellations, missed events, or communication issues between users.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription anytime via account settings or by emailing support@creativeprosconnect.com
   • Refunds are not provided for any portion of the billing cycle already paid.
   • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
   • Access continues through the end of the paid term.
4. Third-Party Hiring and Cancellations
4.1 If a Wedding Professional hires another and the client or hiring party cancels or is a no-show, Creative Pros Connect bears no liability for losses.
4.2 We are not a party to any user agreements and are not responsible for enforcing or overseeing them.
5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Pros Connect and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct or indirect damages—including but not limited to:
   • Use or inability to use the platform
   • User interactions, contracts, or disputes
   • Cancellations, no-shows, or breaches
6. Waiver of Claims and Class Action
6.1 Waiver of Claims: You waive the right to claim refunds, file disputes, or sue Creative Pros Connect in any forum, including small claims court or with regulatory agencies.
6.2 Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in any class action or group arbitration. All claims must be made individually.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved under those laws.
8. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creative Pros Connect from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your platform use, Agreement violations, or disputes with other users.
9. Modifications: We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
10. Entire Agreement: This entire Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us s and supersedes prior understandings.
